1977/S 2000 Spider £SOLD

This genuine UK right hand drive Spider is finished in Silver with black interior and black hood. It has covered a recorded 89,800 miles which is believed genuine as it comes with a comprehensive history file.
Overall it is in excellent condition and ready to be enjoyed this summer......

This car is currently under construction for the HSCC 70's Roadsports Championship but eligible many other championships.

Finished in classic Alfa red, it is fully stripped out and fitted with a full Fabricage FIA roll cage, Sparco FIA race seat, Luke FIA race harness, Lifeline FIA plumbed in fire extinguisher system, Harvey Bailey race springs, Koni Sport shock absorbers, uprated front anti-roll bar, Ferodo Racing brake pads and Aeroquip hoses, genuine 14" Minilite alloys fitted with new Dunlop race tyres, full race spec. perspex windows, quick release bonnet and boot pins, aluminium door panels.

It has a freshly built blue printed engine by GD Motorsport, internals lightened and balanced (flywheel and clutch), fast road cams, twin 40 Webers (as per regs.), etc. approx. 150 Bhp. Tubular exhaust manifold into 2 box exhaust system.
Newly rebuilt propshaft, rebuilt Bob Dove gearbox and a 4.1:1 LSD axle is fitted.

The car will be sold with a current MOT and benefits from being Tax exempt.

Eligible for HSCC 70's Roadsports, Masters, Classic Touring Cars, Swinging Sixties etc. or fantastic fast road/trackday machine!

Here we have a purpose built Alfetta GTV6 race car. This is a former race winning car built by well known Alfa racer/preparer Chris Snowden.

1972/L 2000 GTV £SOLD

Here we have a unique piece of Alfa Romeo history. This particular 2000 GTV was one of two identical cars purchased by Roger Clark Cars in 1973.
It was raced for 2 seasons initially being raced at the Brands Hatch BRDC meeting on 1st July 1973. The cars next recorded and most famous race was the 1973 Tour of Britain driven by John Handley and John Clegg. KNR 6L, race no. 14, finished 3rd overall, the sister car KNR 7L, race no. 16, finished 6th overall.

After 25 years languishing part dismantled in Pembrokeshire KNR 6L was purchased in 2005 by its current owner. He then entrusted ourselves with a programme of restoration work.
The car was initially stripped back to bare metal and repainted in Classic Alfa Rosso 501. No welding was required and the car still retains its original panels, sills and floorpans. As part of the restoration the suspension was completely renewed with an Alfaholics fast road kit, the brakes were renewed and upgraded, a large bore exhaust manifold and system were fitted along with a Pipercross air filter assembly.
In 2007 a full engine rebuild was undertaken by renowned Alfa race engine builder Bob Dove to fast road specification.

The car is now offered in excellent all round condition with a comprehensive history file.
This car would be eligible for such events as the Tour Britannia.
